Added: Characters on name entry can now also be deleted by pressing Left face-button. When your most current score is ranked in the local leaderboards it will now be highlighted. When using keyboard submitting menus can now also be done using "Return/Enter" button. Balancing: Removed the chance of looting a Static-Stasis powerup while Static-Stasis is already active. Static-Stasis time will drain faster while mounted to reduce downtime. Performance: Optimised X-Charge Check Functions. Direct calls instead of relying on a bool. Patch Notes - 211010

Added: New Mechanic "Mountable Robots" When Static stasis is active, a prompt will alert you that the nearest Robot is now Mountable. Press Dodge when near the Robot to mount it, and take it for a ride. Steer the Robot using left and right, and press fire to make it attack other Robots. While attacking or getting hit, the mount will consume energy. When all of its energy is depleted it will be destroyed, and you will automatically be dismounted. While mounted drones will lose sight. and stop following. they will retarget you when dismounted. Once mounted you can dismount and mount the bot again as many times you like until it is destroyed, but be careful, other bots will destroy your mount. even when you are not on it. When mounted the UI will change to mirror the new mount controls. You can also Make the Robot Self-Destruct bij holding ChargeBlast to create even more Chaos. Added the possibility to browse the tutorial using shoulder buttons. Added Sound when selecting achievements. (different sound for when locked/unlocked). New Achievements (6): - "Hold Tight" : Mount your first Robot - "Defector". : Destroy 20 bots using a single mount - "Exterminate" : Destroy 500 bots while mounted - "Sorry Buddy" : Use a Shield when mounted - "Calamity" : Destroy at least 5 bots using a single self-destruct - "One way ticket" : Make 10 or more robots self-destruct Fixed Issues: Removed the delay in the Tutorial scene before showing the first text. Added: Bots will only get scared and flee when close to your shield and wil go kamikaze when no other option. Highlight on Ability icon and charge gauge when trying to Blast or Scan with insufficient charge. Highlight on Minimap when trying to scan while scan is already up. Added particles on character highlight when actions are denied. Text popup during gameplay telling you you are placed 3rd, 2nd or just broke your own HighScore. Added SFX when speed-boost times out. Active power-ups will now be disabled upon entering shop. They will be paused and re-enabled again when exiting the shop. New Behaviour Heavy Robots: (Loris) HeavyRobots (Yellow) will no longer be immediately destroyed when hitting your normal shield. but instead take chipping damage. Therefore they will not immediately turn around and flee upon seeing your shield but will try to power trough. When your shield is supercharged (Yellow) they will turn around and flee, as hitting your supercharged shield will immediately destroy them. Fixed Issues: Fixed a bug where the the minimap didn't show when scanning right after your previous scan timed out. Score Achievements will now unlock at the correct amount of points. 100.000 & 2.500.000. Achievement "Bug butcher" (Destroy a total of 50 drones) will now properly show when unlocked. Achievement "Only in a rerun" (bought an extra life) now properly reflects the criteria. Fixed a bug where Heavy bots would become indestructible after landing a successful hit on you. Normal Bots will no longer try to hit you while while in shield. but instead turn / flee. Fixed a bug where Robot damaging sound wouldn't pitch according to their health. Raised the Text popups a bit so it doesn't block the gameplay as much. Re-enabled power-ups (exiting shop), will not have voiceover to prevent the voiceover to be overruled. Pause icon when in shop is now positioned next to Game-time, as everything now pauses when in shop. "How To Play" (1st time) will no longer automatically start the game after but revert to titlescreen. Fixed a bug where "speed power-up" timer would be reset after exiting the shop. Fixed a bug where the player would be able to move left or right during the Character intro animation.

Patch Notes - 210220

Added: Ingame Score will no longer sync polarity colors, but stay neutral until HighScore is reached. Multiplier Number next to Combo bar will highlight Gold when maxed (100x). Multiplier Number next to Combo bar will now literally drop when losing combo. Added Particle effect when collecting coins. Added Arcade Button prompts when in Arcade-mode. Fixed Issues: Multiplier achievement will now unlock at the correct amount (100x). Fixed a bug where robot limbs would become detached after recycling too many times. Fixed a bug where abilities wouldn't animate on the start of a consecutive round. HighScore Medals next to score will now be show correctly on start of consecutive round. Bots destroyed number on ScoreCard (titlescreen) wil now have correct separator. HighScore Medals during play will only show when there was an actual HighScore to beat. ComboBar will now show a pause symbol when ComboTimer is paused. Added Avatar scorecard on main menu. (when connected to Steam). Fixed Issues: Reworking garden object layout. Reworked ScorePopups. better clarity and performance. ScorePopups are now always visible and will not be blocked by objects / walls etc. Bots will no longer clutter the screen with score popups when destroyed using a blast. You will now correctly lose combo when getting hit. Drones destroyed by blast will now add to the BlastCombo correctly. Fixed a bug where bots killed with blast or shield wouldn't be counted on the overview. Balancing: Removed Combo chain steps needed before multiplier up. Every correct polarity kill will now raise the multiplier and keep the combo alive. Picking up coins will not raise the multiplier, but will keep the combo alive. Combo timer will now Pause while freeze power-up is active, or player is in shop. The points you get from charge-blasting bots will use the multiplier present at that time. Added: PowerUp icon's are now also included in the popup-text when collecting up a PowerUp. Shield and Blast Combo counters are redesigned, they now include the corresponding Icons and sync to the correct polarity colors). Shield combo# size increases in relation to the combo height . (up until 10 = original size x2). Statistics are now also being saved when you quit out via the pause menu. 4 new Achievements: - "Coming through" : Maximize Shield Duration - "Honor died on the beach" : Destroy 50 Robots from behind - "Collateral damage" : Destroy 50 bots using an exploding drone - "Bug Butcher" : Destroyed a total of 50 Drones Fixed Issues: Fixed a bug were bots are being spawned and immediately being put in pause state. Ricky Recharge is a dark but humorist take on a little boy trying to defend his home from an inevitable robot apocalypse.
