Hello there you amazing Steam people!

It has been over a month already since I shared what's going on with you so I feel like now is a good time for an update. I will start with some personal stuff which has been happening these last few weeks and then I'll update you on the current status of the game and the concrete plans for the prequel going forward.

Last week I had my hearing as witness/side plantiff regarding a case that lead to one of the suspects ( the main suspect, actually ) to frame me to the german Police which ultimately lead to them confiscating all my hardware and harddrives. Now here comes the interesting part: The Main witness fled to thailand. I'm not joking and this is not a prank, one day before the court case was opened ( 19th March ) he messaged the court and told them he fled to thailand - Because he is afraid to testify in court because of his friends. Him and his friends mugged and robbed me back in August 2023 which led, like I said above, to this guy accusing me of horrible things and using faked evidence ( my lawyer tried to explain so many times that everyone can fake WhatsApp or Telegram chats ). Since all but one suspect were released again ( after they got arrested by the SEK, which is like the german version of the S.W.A.T. ), it was apparently pretty easy for him to flee. He now has an international arrest warrant open and while my lawyer thinks he will eventually come back, I doubt it. Anyway, this doesn't matter too much since his four friends were still there when I had to testify. This was probably the second hardest day of my life ( only getting beat by being raided by the cops ), but I'm glad this part is "over" now. The fact that the main suspect ( and main accuser in the case against me ) fled to thailand is positive, though, which hopefully the state attorney will also see eventually. The end of the current court case is set to the end of may - It could be earlier ( or later ) as well, though. Since the main suspect is not here it should be faster, though. Fingers crossed for that at least. The questioning in court lasted around 2 1/2 hours and the judge, state attorney and most of the lawyers were okay as well ( just 2 exceptions for the lawyers who asked questions where even the judge rolled with her eyes ).

Okay, that was a lot of stuff that didn't have anything to do with the game, but I feel like you guys still deserve to know what's going on and why I'm sometimes more "silent" for a longer period of time.

While I was silent I was working a lot, though. Not only on Chapter 4 but also on My New Memories: The Beginning, which is going to be the prequel for My New Memories.

If you are not familiar with why I'm making a prequel, it's basically to "kill time" and keep my rendering skills fresh while also doing something for My New Memories. The prequel will play around 20 years before the main game, before the MC and Anna reuinited and will feature Sabrina and Bethany from the main game.

So, the prequel. I made great progress on it and the first day is already fully playable. I read through all of your comments that said I should not make it free and just ask a small price for it - Which is probably what I will have to end up doing anyway. My initial plan was to make the prequel free so people can get a intro and then maybe decide to buy the main game. But with upcoming legal fees and other things, I might have to ask for a small price for it, like 3.99 or 4.99. I'm not 100% sure on this yet and this is still all subject to change, I will probably know for a fact once I'm getting closer to the release of it - Which should be sooner than later! I hope this is okay for you guys and if you have any thoughts about this, feel free to share them here in the comments or in the discussion section of the main game. As soon as I have the Steam page up I will also explain there why I'm making a prequel and why I can't work on the main game right now. Wishlisting helps a lot so I'll let you guys know as soon as I have something to show!

I already showed you the girls of the prequel and explained what it will be mostly about. While the MC and Anna are soulmates in the main game, the MC still gathered some experience before him and Anna became a couple again. Anna had all her first times with the MC, but the MC already got some experience with other girls before that. And not only that, he was also introduced to some rather...Interesting kinks with them. The only thing I changed from my previous news post is that the game won't play in college but in a university now. I know that there is not a big difference if you are from the USA, but this will make it 100% certain for steam staff that the game only features adult characters, not high schoolers or anything like that. You will get to experience the backstory of five girls you will eventually meet in the main game as well - From Sabrinas best friend, Lea, the ginger beauty and her very sexy mother to Jackie, MCs best friend, Rei, a very pretty girl from Japan that will have a big reveal in the end and Amelie, a girl you will meet in the university who didn't have an easy life ( I know, I like to make characters like that ).

Like I said above, the first day is already fully playable and will introduce all the characters to you. You will also hear more about Anna which can be interesting for people that already know the main game. I did my best to make sure that even if you never played My New Memories before, you will still get engrossed in the story. At least I hope I did, you guys will be the judge for that.

Okay, enough of the prequel, I of course also worked on Chapter 4 of the main game. With me not being able to really make any renders it's kinda difficult to write as much for it right now, but I made some very good progress. I'd say I have around half the length of Chapter 3 content written already with myself reworking and redoing some scenes already. For example, I had a lewd scene planned for the beginning with a different woman that I ended up changing to another. So you still get a lewd scene, it will just be with a different woman, which means it will actually be even better ( and funnier ). As soon as I have my assets back the release should not take longer than 2 or 3 weeks. I will let you guys know as soon as possible.

To end this very long post I'll give you guys some screenshots from the prequel which will also be featured on the Steam Page for it. The Steam Page should go live next week, if all things go according to plan. Please share any feedback, critcism or whatever is in your mind in the comments or in the steam forums. Hello there you wonderful Steam people!

I know it has been a while again since I talked to you guys but the main reason is that not that much has happened regarding my case. I'm still without the files I need to render My New Memories, but since we are approaching the six month mark now, I'm hopeful that things will eventually accelerate, especially since another case I'm involved in ( as a witness/victim ) is kinda intertwined with the one where the police decided to raid me.

But I didn't make this post just to tell you guys that there is nothing going on. I read a lot of feedback and messages regarding my last post and I can now officially say that I started to work on My New Memories: The Beginning.

I know the name might not be that unique but it's very fitting for what I want to do. I will post the Steam page this month and will make another post with it so you can wishlist the game. Like I said in my last post, the game will 100% be free. I'm still not sure on the supporter DLC, that is something I will consider once I'm getting closer to the release. The main game will be free though.

But what is My New Memories: The beginning? Well, it's basically what the name says. It's the beginning of the My New Memories story, some time ( let's say, months ) before the MC reunites with Anna and starts his Family. You will play the MC during his first few months at college, so it's not going to be a day by day thing like the original game, there will be some "skips" between time. As Bethany ( mcs mother ) mentioned in the main game, the MC had girlfriends before Anna so this is the perfect opportunity to show a few of them. Actually, let me show you the girls you're going to meet in the prequel. Some of them will appear in the main game as well! The description of the girl is always UNDER the picture.


This is Rei. Rei is a Japanese Exchange student who is going to study Architecture, just like the MC. The MC and her get along right away, since he is helping her finding everything in the new environment. She is going to be one of the girls you are going to meet in the main game as well.


This is Lea. She is Sabrinas ( MC's twin sister ) best friend and lives basically next door of the family. She also goes to the same college as the MC and Sabrina, and both of them go into the fashion department regarding their studies. You will also meet her in the main game at some point in time.


This is Katharina, Lea's mother. Her and Bethany ( MC's mother ) are good friends as well and she frequently visits the family, especially when Lea is around. The MC has a little crush on her during his college time, as you can imagine. You will also meet her in the main game.


This is Amelie, another student you are going to meet at the college. You don't really have a prior relationship to her and the way you two meet is actually pretty funny. She studies music and has a pretty strong character, something she needs because she's pretty small in size!


And last but not least, this is Jackie. Jackie is actually a very good friend of the MC, but since she is going to study medicine, they won't have a lot of time to see each other anymore. Still, they try to do the best in this situation and you can see her as the best buddy of the MC.

Those are the main girls you are going to talk to in the prequel. There will be more, of course, but these are the ones you will basically talk to every day. Sabrina and Bethany from the main game will also be present, even though they will look a little different ( younger, to be precise ).

The prequel will still be an Adult Visual Novel, so you can expect lewd animations and general lewd scenes just like you saw them in the main game. But, just like in the main game, they are not the focus and the story is more important. The Prequel will give you a good idea on how the MC was before his accident ( or rather, how he always was before he lost his memories ) and it will help you understand everything that happens in Chapter 4 of the main game.

I will have more info regarding the prequel very soon but I can tell you guys that it's going to be about the same size as Chapter 3 for the main game was. It will be a complete game that EVENTUALLY will get updated if it turns out that I will have to wait even longer for my files to return. This means that the game will "End", but that doesn't mean I won't be able to release FREE updates, like an extra chapter etc etc. I already made decent progress on writing so I'm confident I will be able to release it before the maintime of summer. It's not going to take half a year or something, I can promise you guys that.

But yeah, the TL;DR Is that while I don't have news regarding my files, My New Memories: The beginning will happen. If you guys have any questions, feel free to ask them, I'll do my best to answer them. Until then, stay awesome!

Hello there Steam people!

The last update has not been that long ago, but these last ~2 weeks I have been gathering my thoughts, reading your comments and of course, I've been in contact with my lawyer. He send the request regarding the files to the state attorney and that was basically the last thing we could do. I read a few of your suggestions and messages regarding this, but I feel like I have to explain how it works here in Germany. The process is simple and yet super annoying. In my case, they confiscated all my hardware ( they mainly wanted my harddrives, but they just take your whole pc ). The next step is to make mirror images of all of my harddrives - This process apparently can take them up to six months to even start ( which looks like to be the case for me right now ). Once they mirrored the harddrives they will basically put everything away again - they don't care about the harddrives anymore and will start working on the mirrorred drives. They basically never touch your hardware again after that. This is the moment where it can take days, weeks or even months until they have looked through all the data for incriminating content. In the middle of February it will be 5 months - so if the current estimate for this shit is true, then it will take another month until my drives are mirrorred. There is NOTHING my lawyer ( or any lawyer in the world ) can do to accelerate this. Yes, the german law enforcement can basically confiscate all your stuff and then take their sweet ass time to look through the data. If you look through the internet it's full of people that were/are affected by this here. Law enforcement is extremely slow and while they can listen to requests your lawyer makes, they can also just decide to ignore them and work how they want. It's annoying, it's unfair and it's basically destroying my life right now. Getting a new lawyer would not change this.

But I feel like that's enough bad news regarding this case. The last thing I want is to just wait, twist my thumbs and hope everything works out. I know it will eventually work out and I know I will eventually get all the data back that I need ( I don't care about the hardware, I just care about those files ), but this process can take time. And I don't want to do nothing in that time. I'm not going on a vacation or anything. I want to work and I want to provide content for other people to enjoy.

I read a few suggestions here that said I should just start a new project. Tell a different story. And while that is always an option, there were also a few that suggested another Chapter for My New Memories. One that plays in the past. And... That is exactly what I will do. I will work on a prequel for My New Memories that will tell a story about the time before the MC met Anna again, during his college years. Since the game never specified when exactly him and Anna met again during college, I can work with this ( especially since Bethany, mcs mother, mentioned that he had girlfriends before he met Anna ).

The plan is that this prequel will also have the My New Memories title since it will feature the same MC and since I have the files for Bethany and Sabrina, I can also show them in the story ( at a younger age, of course ). I thought that this was a really good idea in general because of the amnesia happening in the main game. I know that the MC gets his memories back in Chapter 3, but there is still so much he experienced that I can't really show in the main game. That's when the prequel will come into effect. I can show how the MC acted at a younger age, how he talked to girls and how he got girlfriends before he found the love of his life again. This also means that I can work on something again, that I can keep rendering and improving my skills with telling a nice backstory for you to enjoy. And with the prequel it could mean that you might end up enjoying Chapter 4 even more once I can work on it again, since you will know so much more about the MC.

This prequel will be here on Steam and it will be 100% free. I was thinking about adding a supporter DLC that you can buy if you really want, but I'm not set on this yet. The main game will be free though, no matter what. I think I said this a few times but money was never something I had in mind when working on my games. I always wanted to provide a wholesome, funny and emotional experience, nothing else. I appreciate all of you amazing people that want to support me but really, playing the game and leaving a review ( be it positive or negative ) is already amazing support, especially for the prequel.

I will have more infos regarding the prequel on the weekend, where I will also show you the characters you will meet in there. The plan for the prequel is to be a full game at the end, with the size of one My New Memories Chapter ( take Chapter 3 playtime as an example ). That's why the roster will be smaller ( 5 girls ), but the fun and emotions will probably be the same. I hope I will be able to tell a story like that, it's the first time I work with a "College Theme", even though college won't really be the main topic of this prequel.

Hello there Steam people!

It has been a little over a month since the last news already and I hope you guys had an amazing start into the year 2024. There hasn't been any progress updates lately because... Well, there is not really a lot of progress happening. On the 15th of december, my lawyer send another letter to the state attorney, requesting to at least get the one crucial SSD back that I need. Sadly, the state attorney didn't respond yet and yesterday, my lawyer send me an email stating that chances are high they won't respond to these kind of requests anymore. He proposed a different idea to me, that I should make a list with files that I need and that he will make a request to hand out copies of those files.

This might be a higher chance than getting the SSD back before anything, because apparently it can take up to 6 months to just mirror the harddrives here. That doesn't include checking them for any incriminating content, which can take up to 6 months again. We are now 4 months into my equipment being seized and while I was able to get a new computer ( because I had high hopes that this month would be the month I at least get one of my ssds back that literally only contain my render files ), it doesn't change the fact that I'm still heavily crippled regarding work on My New Memories.

The files I send to my lawyer for request basically contain all characters. I also had to put an explanation into the email what these files are, what you need to open them and what exactly you see in those files once they are opened in the rendering program, DAZ3D. This is all so the law enforcement worker knows what he's dealing with and can check those files manually to make sure they dont contain anything illegal ( and it saves them time researching themselves how to open a .duf file ). I also suggested they put a link to the steam page and steam TOS into the request so they can be assured that the game doesn't contain anything that is against their Terms of Service etc.

This is all... A lot to take in personally. Being robbed of the one thing in my life that fullfilled me with joy ( working on this game ) is becoming harder and harder to bear. I don't want people to support me if I can't work on the game as I should. I don't want people to buy the game if I can't continue the story in an appropiate timeframe. I know that a lot of devs out there wouldn't care since they can just use this time for vacation, relaxing, while still taking peoples money ( especially on patreon, which I also use ). But I don't want that. I'm currently looking if I can pause the ability for the game to be bought on Steam starting in february and will only reactivate it once I received those files or my assets in general back. I will do the same on other platforms where people can support me. Don't worry, I can live of money I saved for a bit and I will also be able to pay my eventual legal fees once it comes to that point in time. I only had to pay my lawyer once in advance and the rest will be paid once this whole case is over - Which will then hopefully be when I'm fully back on working on the game again.

I'm gonna be honest people, I'm trying my best to stay positive but things are looking pretty bad for me, at least in my head. I know that patience is the key to this shit, especially since I personally can't change anything about it right now, but the possibility that this is going to take what... maybe 8 more months? Is killing me. I have a plan B which means I will try to recreate these characters as good as I can, but that is the absolute last resort I want to fall back to. It would feel awful to do this and it would probably break my heart and kill all the motivation I have left to work on My New Memories, because I know the real characters are still out there...But I should stop thinking in that direction. I'm putting all my hopes and efforts into this request my lawyer is making because there are cases out there where people got copies of the requested files. It was mainly for stuff like tax evasion, where they seized computers and the company needed those essential files to work on their stuff again. So fingers crossed this will work for me as well.

Still, I want to thank all of you people for your amazing support and positive comments I got under my last post. I'm always trying to be as transparent as possible and I can guarantee you that I'm not trying to fish for sympathy or anything. I just want to keep you guys updated on whatever is happening and since there is not that much to share, I usually resort to... Well, not saying anything. I will try to make these updates at least monthly, even when there arent really news.

I of course still continue to work on the story of Chapter 4 and I'd say I'm about 1/3th done with the full script. So It's not like I'm not doing anything, but writing is currently the only thing I can do. I expect that the script will be fully done this month and then... Well, you know what I will do in february. After that it's just a very painful waiting game, I guess. In the meantime, have a render of Bethany!

Hello there Steam people!

It has been a while again and I'm finally able to return with some news.

If you don't know what's going on, the very very short tl;dr is that my rendering equipment ( that contains all the character files that I can't recreate ) has been seized by the police and is currently being investigated because I'm getting framed for a crime I didn't commit ( crypto scam ).

I had a very long talk with my lawyer on monday, since he has access to the case file now, and from everything we could read there, it's looking good for me. The only "bad" thing is that this is going to take a bit. We don't know an estimate, since all the cases differe regarding that, but I basically adviced him to write to the state attorney every week and ask him if I can get two of my crucial external ssds ( that contain all my rendering data ) back, as I can't work without them. That is sadly all we can do, keep pondering them and then waiting till they respond. I will get my stuff back eventually, and there is a good chance that I can get those ssds back sooner, but it all depends on how their investigations go. I don't think the law enforcement system here has a lot of knowledge regarding 3d rendering and making an Adult Game in general, so that is something we might have to explain to a judge/state attorney as well, if they have questions regarding that. But the TL;DR is that things are looking good in my case and that it's, like I said, just a matter of time. It can be days, it can be weeks but sadly, it can also be months. Rest assured though that as soon as I get a notification that I can get my SSDS back, Chapter 4 release will be extremely fast ( since I'm already writing a lot of stuff ahead ).

I also want to answer a few comments and messages I received lately, mainly that I'm a scammer and don't care about Steam and you amazing people that bought the game. Those allegations are completely false, I deeply care for the Steam community and having a game on this platform was a dream I had for a very, very long time. I had quite a lot of success on steam and while the sales have drastically slowed down ( as expected with these games ), I never did this for the money. My game is below the average price of AVNS and even when I leave early access, all future updates and possible DLCS will ALWAYS BE FREE. If you buy the game you get the complete game, no matter how big the updates will be, I will never charge you again. I know that the long waiting, especially after the very exciting ending of chapter 3, is annoying and trust me, there is not a single person in the world that is currently more annoyed ( and actually emotionally hurt ) because of the current situation than me. Working on My New Memories has become my life, creating these stories filled me with joy that I never experienced before. Not being able to make renders with my favorite characters is actually affecting me emotionally to the point where I sometimes break down. Is that healthy? Probably not. Why do I tell you this? Because I want you to understand that I love my games and I love the Steam community.

There is not a community I care more or less for, it doesn't matter if it's on my Discord or other social media platforms. Yes, I use Patreon, but I started my Patreon page for my first game back in 2019, before My New Memories was even a thing. That game is completed now and the plan was to fully focus on My New Memories, but you know what happened then. Being at a crossroad like this basically destroyed all the planning I had and while it is "only" on hold for now ( until I get my stuff back ), it still is an emotional rollercoaster. I fully and one hundred percent understand if people either here or on other platforms don't want to support me anymore - and I know that this is more difficult on steam, since you already paid for the game. There is no "But" here, if I'm not able to work on my game and provide you with promised updates, you have all the right in the world to be angry and disappointed. But please don't accuse me of not caring about Steam just because of other platforms - Because that is simply no true. It is out of my hand at the moment and I'm doing everything I can to get back on track. Hell, I moved to a new apartment in the hopes to start a better life and then I get raided by the cops at 7:20 am because of very thin evidence ( a photo of a screenshot of an unknown phone etc ) that even my lawyer is wondering why the hell they do all this stuff to me.

What I want to say is that I'm not a scammer. I'm not simply taking your money and running away. Releasing updates and then reading your comments is a feeling I can't describe, especially after Chapter 3. I love to read your feedback, be it positive or negative. The only thing I dislike and that I will not tolerate are personal attacks, and there have been quite a few lately. I usually try to respond in a normal way to them and encourage these people to play something else - but sometimes it gets too much and I have to hand out community bans. But if there is something you don't like about me or my game, feel free to share it. I can only get better with constructive criticism. I might not agree with your personal point of view ( for example, that you dont like how a character looks ) but it's good to know what you think - in a civil way. Telling me that my game sucks and I should *** myself ( self censored ) is not something I like to read - Or even worse, telling me that you want to *** me. I'm just an average dude from Germany that is still very new to this whole game developer thing. This stuff has become my Job in 2021 and I'm still learning. All I can do is make the renders and write a hopefully, emotional and wholesome Story. That is not an excuse by the way, just trying to elobarate why I suck at certain things, I guess ( especially staying in contact with you people ).

One last thing: Some people have suggested that I just start completely new with new models etc. Or that I try to recreate the models I made. While the latter is an option I would keep in mind if there is zero chance I get my data back, it is something I will probably not do. But since I will get my stuff back, it will just take an unknown amount of time, I'm not going to recreate the characters or "Start again" etc. I know waiting sucks, but waiting is way better than the alternatives.

I think that's it for the moment. I will attach a few more renders I made with the two characters I have, Bethany and Sabrina, and like I said in the other updates, as soon as I will get anything back, you guys will be the first to know it. To be honest, I already have an announcement like that prepared for the moment it happens, so I can just be as fast with it...

I have more news regarding my situation coming early next week, but since we have the Steam Autumn sale right now, you can get My New Memories for -25% !

While the next update might still take a while ( depending on how my situation changes ), you can buy the game now and enjoy the first story arc, which already has plenty of story for you to discover! I have planned a lot of chapters coming in the future and each one will contain more lewds but also more cute and wholesome moments! If you like harem games with minimal drama, then this is the best moment to grab one! And remember: Every future chapter will be free! There will never be any paid dlcs or something like that for the game!

Hello there Steam people!

This will be a shorter post, so sorry for that in advance!

Phew... It has been six week since the worst news I ever had to post in my life. And sadly, there is not really anything new to report for now. I talked to my lawyer a bunch of times but to quote him "Our hands are bound and we have to wait till law enforcement does their job, painfully slow". He still didn't get access to the case files either, but I hope there will be something for that coming up soon. My hopes are still that they check my external drives first ( where all my rendering assets are on ) so I can get them back sooner and start rendering again ( even if that means buying a new pc because I don't want to wait till they give me my hardware back ).

But there are not only bad news, I guess. Since I can only write at the moment, I did just that and wrote a lot of dialogue and events for Chapter 4 already. I also started to use my laptop to make a few renders with Bethany and Sabrina again, just so that I don't lose "the feel" of making them in general, if that makes sense. The biggest issue for me at the moment is my mental health. I don't want to bore you with that and if you have no interest in reading about it, don't worry, just skip the next paragraph.

Being raided by the cops traumatized me, I think. I wasn't really a person that likes to socialise in general, but getting woken up by cops drilling into your keyhole is certainly an experience I would not wish on anyone ( maybe the people that accused me of that shit, but karma will get them anyway ). Since then falling asleep has been super difficult for me, and focusing on work as well. I kinda lost my focus on everything in life because of that and I will most likely try to get professional help in the form of a therapy. PTSD is what my lawyer said, and while I always thought of something different regarding it... It might just be that. I kinda lost my view on police in general and instantly get panicked when I see a cop car near my apartment. It's just... Yeah. It's a lot. And I'm not writing this for pity or anything, I just want to try to explain why things are difficult for me at the moment.

Okay, that was rather difficult to write but I had to get it out. I have a few things in mind to make the waiting a little easier for everyone. For example, I want to include a "Custom Gallery" with a few selected ( lewd ) renders of the game for you guys to enjoy. High quality versions ( 4K ) of my renders etc. I'm currently looking into a way to release them ( FREE OF COURSE ), so stay tuned for that. Over the 2 years I'm working on My New Memories I have quite a collection of super sexy renders with all the girls. I also want to update the Steam page and add new screenshots etc, but that is more for myself. And Lastly, there is another thing. If it turns out that the wait is gonna take longer than I expect it to take, I might temporarly disable the ability to buy the game on Steam. I will talk to Steam support if that is possible, but I don't want anyone to buy the game and then feel Scammed because the update might take longer. Chapter 3 released in May and my original plan was to release Chapter 4 in December. That is not going to work anymore. And the last thing I want is someone to regret buying the game.

One more thing before I post the two renders of Bethany and Sabrina: My New Memories will always be a "Buy once, play all the updates forever free" game. Even when the game leaves early access I will keep releasing new chapters for free. I will never add paid dlc or anything like that, anything that I will add that will require a "DLC" on steam will be Free if you own the game. That is a promise I can easily give.

Well... There is no nice way to talk about this. Something terrible has happened to me last week which will halt progress on my work for My New Memories for some time. I don't know how long exactly, it can be everything between weeks and months.

Let me copy and paste the message I posted on other social media platforms for you to read. This message is from thursday ( 14th september ). The updated stuff is below it.

I'm getting framed. Someone is framing me and now I'm getting accused of being some kind of crypto scammer. Everyone that knows me knows that I hate crypto, but apparently whatever evidence was provided, was enough. I got raided by the cops. They confiscated all my pcs and my phone. They took all devices that I had for backups at my place. That is the super bad news.

I'm super crippled in my ability to work atm. For some reason they didn't notice ( or didn't care ) about a Laptop I had ( it was still in its packaging behind other packages ).

Here comes the bad part, though: My New Memories and my DAZ3D assets. They are on my pcs and the external ssds I had. And they are with the cops right now. I have an appointment with an lawyer tomorrow, since this is some serious shit. I will tell him that I need these things for work and that I want them back. In germany, the cops usually just mirror your hard drives and then work with those copies. So I hope that this can be solved sooner than later, but I don't have a timeframe ( or know if I'll get anything back at all ). I only have the assets for Bethany and Sabrina in my mega cloud, since my daz3d in general is over 1TB big. So I have no idea when I can continue work on MNM, since this stuff is so fresh and I didn't talk to my lawyer yet, everything is kinda in the open.

I made this post on thursday ( 14th ) on Discord, once I got access to my phone number again so I could log into my accounts. The appointment with the lawyer was... Okay, I guess. He told me that he will ask the police to check the external ssds ( that contain my daz3d files ) first, and if they are clean ( which they are ), hand them back out to me again. The shit news is that he doesn't have a timeframe for it, but he told me right away "I can't get your hopes up that it will be solved super fast". He has to request access to the case files, which might be fast or not fast. I also got an update regarding that, getting access to case files takes between 6 to 8 weeks...But that is not in relation to getting my stuff back.

So, what's the plan now? Honestly, I have no idea. I already put a shitton of effort into Chapter 4 and now I have no idea when I can get back to working on MNM. These investigations can take weeks or even months... Which makes me insane. I'm literally going insane because this is my life, working on these games for the last four years has been my life, and now it's being threatened with some bullshit that I didn't do. I know the cops have to investigate but...I don't know. This is way too much for my mental health to handle, to be honest. I had a breakdown on wednesday when it happened and the last few days it was actually the same. I just don't know what to do anymore. I have no idea. I can't just recreate the characters or else I would. I know it was stupid from me to not upload at least the character files somewhere online, so I can use them. Finding and downloading the other assets is no problem... But I can't recreate the characters just like that. It's just... It's just too much for me at the moment. And the only thing I can do is wait for my lawyer to do his job.

Working on My New Memories is basically my life. And this has been taken away from me for reasons that are out of my control. Of course law enforcement has to do their job but man... That evidence they provided for the search warrant is pretty thin. For now, all I can do is wait and I apologize for that. I will do my best to keep you guys updated. Or let me say, as soon as I got ANY news regarding a timeframe or once I got the ssds back, I will inform you guys ASAP.

Sorry that this post is rather confusing. It's basically just copy paste from posts I made earlier this week. I wasn't really able to post here sooner, my mental health is detoriating and... Yeah. Don't want it to sound like an excuse, you people are paying players for my game and you deserve to know everything.

Maybe as a slither of hope, no matter how long it takes, the work on my new memories will continue. They're not going to find anything indoctrinating on my pcs, so I will get everything back. But... It's a matter of time. And no one call tell you the exact timeframe for these things, sadly. The worst part is that I don't have access to any of my editing tools as well ( photoshop etc ), so sorry if this news post is kinda scuffed..

Hey there amazing Steam people!

The release of Chapter 3 has been over two months ago and I think it's time to talk with you guys about my plans regarding Chapter 4 and of course, giving you a somewhat decent timeframe for the release.

First, I want to give out a huge thank you for everyone that played My New Memories so far. When Chapter 3 released we broke the all time concurrent player record we had before by a lot - 487 players! Seeing this made me happier than I ever thought it would, so again, thank you so much for playing My New Memories!

Chapter 3 has been a big emotional rollercoaster for a lot of players - From funny and cute to emotional and sad to very threatening and scary moments, this chapter had all of it. And I think the ending set a lot of minds at ease because the MC finally got all his memories back and of course, a certain other thing I'm not going to mention here ( in case you didn't play Chapter 3 yet! )

Chapter 4 will probably be the most wholesome and story wise important update, though. Now that a certain thing has finally happened, the way I can tell the story will become way easier. I'm personally not a huge fan to have a constant antagonist or something threatening your love interests in a game, I'm not really big into drama in general. I prefer wholesome, slice of life romance with some emotional and of course, a lot of lewd and cute moments. Think of the sauna event you had with Lina - I want to do more of those. An event that is not aimed to be lewd, but it still kinda is, with lots of deep conversations between the MC and a girl ( or girls, even ).

Chapter 4 will also Introduce three new characters, they have been mentioned in Chapter 3 but I feel like I can give you guys a better overview.

The first one is Karla. Here is a render of her:

Karla is MC's stepmother. A few years after the divorce, Manny ( mcs father ) decided to date again and met Karla. She is more of a quiet person, but she loves the MC just as much as bethany does. Even though you won't call her Mom, she still feels connected to you. After Manny passed away it was very difficult for her to be alone, so the MC and Anna both helped her as much as they could. It wasn't easy, of course, since Sabrina and Jessica both really dislike her. Bethany, on the other hand, actually likes her and they both share a lot of things. Because of a certain incident that happened a few years ago you haven't seen her in a while, so meeting her again will be really emotional.

Karla and Manny() have two daughters, Caroline and Emily. Here is a render of them ( Caroline is on the left, Emily on the right ).

As you can see, they are twins. So they can relate pretty well between the MC and Sabrina. Sadly, Sabrina ( just like Jessica ) never showed any interest in getting to know their half-sisters, unlike the MC who stayed in contact with his father until he passed away. They were still young when Manny passed away, so the MC and Anna did their best to be there for them. He is their big brother after all, and he always helped them out when he could. Jessica and Sabrina both did their best to do the opposite - and then said something that hurt both of them a lot. Caroline, who has a very sunny and happy personality, comperable to Lina, doesn't hold any grudge though, at least if they apologize. Emily, who is more like Sophie, on the other hand, is still very hurt from what happened.

Once they will arrive there will certainly be some tension between the siblings. Sabrina ( if you are on her route ) already showed regret for her behavior, but Jessica is a whole different nut to crack...

Speaking of Jessica, don't worry too much regarding the end of Chapter 3 when it comes to her. The MC will have a longer talk with her where a lot of things will be spoken out that he held back over the years - mainly to not hurt her, but also to not open up old wounds. But sometimes you have to open up wounds in order for them to heal properly and the MC is not going to step back again when it comes to her. Too long has he been letting her have it her way and now is the time she finally comes to her senses. I think once this talk with her is done you will start to see her with different eyes as well - Just like she will do for herself.

Chapter 4 is all about healing and I think I said that a few times already. But once you start it, you will immediately know what I mean. It will pick up right where you left at the end of chapter 3 and this first day will consist of the night + the following day ( so you basically get half a day as "extra" content ). There are so many things the MC has to talk about with a certain person, so many emotions he will go through and so many wholesome things that will happen. I can tell you now that this event will be the most emotional ever in My New Memories. And it won't stop there, you still have to talk to Sarah as well, especially after what happened at the end of chapter 3. But like I said, it's about healing and I think it's finally time that the family can heal from all the terrible things that have happened before. It's the beginning of a new story arc after all, an arc that will be all about family ( and introducing new people to persons that didn't meet each other before, like Samantha and the rest of the family).

I will have more to share regarding the story of Chapter 4, but I think this is better for another post. For now, I'll leave you guys with a few more renders that will all appear ingame for Chapter 4. Maybe you can get a good guess what will happen there. I will do my best to release Chapter 4 this year and I'm super confident that I can do that. Hello there Steam people...

Phew, it has been a while again, I know. And to be honest, I actually thought that the update would be out at this point already, which would have saved me from making another progress update. But, obviously that wasn't the case, so I think it's time to give you guys a little update...

First, I want to remind you guys that I post weekly progress updates ( that also include a render ) on Discord. I know that Discord might not be for everyone, especially when it's about an Adult Visual Novel, but this is the easiest and least spammy way to provide updates for everyone. I was thinking about posting these here on Steam as well, but that would mean you guys would get a notification each monday, and I'm not sure you want that. Thats why Discord is usually the easiest way if you want to stay up to date all the time.

Anyway, let's talk about the game and how the progress is going. Unfortunately, last week one of my two pcs decided to stop working and I'm currently waiting for a new one ( the old one will get repaired, I wanted to get a new one anyway, now I was forced to get it ). This slowed my rendering process down quite a lot, usually I can utilize two pcs to render out animations and, well, renders, but now that I'm forced to stay on one pc, I can't render and prepare the scenes at the same time anymore. I should get the new pc this week tho, so fingers crossed this will soon be over.

I still made very good progress on the last day of Chapter 3. Writing is almost done and I'm also about 50% done with the renders of that day. The important things that are missing for now are two set of animations ( one set is already completed ) and of course, the rest of the renders of the last day. After that it's only a little bit of coding ( that doesn't take long at all ) and playtesting it. I still don't have an exact release date and the above mentioned PC issues are pretty frustrating at the moment.

I guess I can tell you guys a bit more about how the last day will play out, since it will be so different compared to all days we had before in the game. The last family related event of the day will be a talk you have with Jessica and Sabrina - Where you will tell Jessica about your relationship with her. Jessica is known to react with her quick temper, but this one will be very different. She will react in a way that probably none of you guys expected - In a positive or negative way...Well, that is hard to say. Sabrina will also play a bigger role in this talk, since she is the older sister she kind of has a different relationship to Jessica, since they are both women. The aftermath of what this reveal will do is something you'll learn about at the end of the day...

And now that we are talking about the mentioned end of the day, I can give you guys a little tease regarding that. I won't be able to go into detail, but after this the event the MC won't have amnesia anymore. He will basically remember everything important again and you will get glimpses of these memories throughout the event. I can't say what this event will be about, but after it is over you are not going to return home to lay down and sleep. The update will end a different place, with troubling news reaching the MC...That is all I can say. You will see what I mean once you get to play the day.

Hello there Steam people!

Looks like a little more than a month has passed again since the last Progress Update, so I think it's time to update you guys on the current progress!

I've been working pretty hard on Chapter III, which resulted in the first day being fully completed and the second day is almost done as well, at least in terms of writing. This Chapter will end a little different than the others, which means you won't go to bed, something else will happen. Not going to be more specific here, I think it will be the best if you just check it out yourself!

While I'm not the biggest fan to give ETAs, I think April is a good guess for the full Chapter to be released. This will also be the biggest update in pretty much every aspect. More renders, more events and also, way more lewds.

Speaking of lewds, they will be a little different this time. While you will still have the regular lewd animations ( during sex or other sexual activities ) you will also get "semi lewd" events, which might involve one of the girls being naked, especially ones that you haven't seen in the nude yet. I don't really have a description for these kind of things, but to give you an example that I teased a few times already, you will get to spend some time with Lina in the Sauna. While this might not be special for them in general, it will be because the MC forgot everything about that - Including how good Lina looks naked. While this event doesn't aim to be super spicy, it will certainly lead to some rather heated moments. Still, in general this is more of a bonding thing between her and the MC, as you will see once you play it!

Oh, and while I'm at it, the second day will include a pretty hot lewd event with a woman that only recently got kinda overwhelmed with her emotions. While she is still conflicted, she will gather a lot of confidence and is not someone for long foreplay. Not going to say more, but sometimes it's true what people say about certain hair colors...

This update will also give some more spotlight to the transgender route of Morgan. If you decided to not go this route with her, don't worry, you will still spent time with her. But the transgender route will lead to some unique dialogue with someone like Sarah, for example, who will explain certain things that might help the MC in the long run, once he gets his memories back.

I also tried to include some of the characters we haven't seen for a while again. For example, you will have the chance to have a therapy session with Dr. Rosenberg again. While your first few times with her weren't that great, this will be a very very VERY unique one. She will be different in a positive way, which will lead to some interesting conversations. The MC will be a little clueless, but I'm pretty sure that you as the player can read between the lines when she mentions certain relationships in her own life. I can't wait to hear your guys comments on that one, I really want to see who will guess it right!

Then there is everything that will happen on the last day...While I can't get into too much detail because it's super spoilery, this day will be the most intense and emotional so far. A lot of things will happen, a lot of things that you might not have foreseen, but that will ultimately lead to something...And if you know me, then you know that it will be something good in the end. That is all you're going to hear from me regarding that.

To end this rather long post, I'll give you some more renders from the first and second day of Chapter III. While they don't tell you much, they'll give you a good look at who you will spent time with during those days!

I hope you guys had a good start into the new year!

I'm here to update you on a few things and how the progress on My New Memories Chapter III is coming along.

As some of you may know, one Chapter is usually three ingame days long. So far I have almost completed writing for the first day and done about ~30% of the renders as well. I'm more or less alternating between writing and preparing renders, since both takes an equal amount of time ( if I write too much I will be behind on renders and when I render too much, I will have to catch up with writing, if that makes sense ).

The good thing is that the first day is already packed with all kind of things - From a wholesome early morning talk wiht Lina, to a hospital visit with her and Olivia, some very needed talking with Bethany and Sabrina and even more. There might be a chance for a lewd event on that day as well, I haven't fully decided yet, I guess you'll see once you play the first day.

If everything goes according to plan and I can keep this speed up, Chapter III will be ready before easter. At the moment it's looking very good, it has been a while since I was able to focus that much on My New Memories.

Like I mentioned in Progress Update #8, Chapter III will have some major events and will bring an end to the "Amnesia arc" , as I like to call it. It was never my plan to evolve the whole game around the MC losing his memories or the car accident, that was just my idea of the game start to introduce all the characters etc. Don't worry though, the next arc will (hopefully) just be as good.

I also didn't forget about the ingame character sheet and that will definitely come before I release Chapter III on Steam. So if you see a update for the game without any notes ( or maybe I'll post notes, but it will be a smaller one ), then you know it was the update that included the ingame Character sheet.

The character sheet will show you a picture of the girl ( who would have thought ) and some info about her, like the Name/Pet name and what her personality is like. I think this will help with knowing who is who.

I think that is all that is worth to share right now. I know this is a rather short progress update, but like usual, I'll leave you guys with some renders from the first day of Chapter III! There will be another progress update as soon as I've finished the first ingame day, because then I can give a better estimate for Chapter III.

Some time has passed and I think it's only fair to give you guys a proper progress update.

I've been slowly but surely working on Chapter III, fleshing out a lot of ideas and things that I had in mind. I'm currently figuring out new locations to visit and of course, new outfits for everyone to wear. I know this is just a small detail for some people, but I personally want the girls ( and the MC ) to wear different clothes - Let's call it a pet peeve of mine. It doesn't consume that much time but just adds to the game, I think.

I'm not sure if I already mentioned it, but Chapter III will mark the end of the whole amnesia arc. The MC will most likely get all his memories back... How? Well, that is something you will discover once you play it. It won't happen as you might think it will. This Chapter will probably be the most intense chapter we had so far in the game. It will ultimately lead to a very important event involving a character that has grown to be a fan favorite...Which is something I didn't expect.

There will be of course some more bonding with girls you recently started to deepen your relationship with. Yukiko, for example, is very curious on your feelings depending on how you ended your date with her. Lina, who now settled fully back in at home, also wants to continue where you two left off before she went to Germany. That is all optional, of course, you are not forced to go that way with any of the girls.

And then there is Jessica...After the last event it looked like the MC and her can finally start from the beginning again, as siblings that care for each other. There might be one thing that could destroy all of this again, though...The relationship with Sabrina ( if you decided to go that way. I can highly recommend you do, though, since the goal is still to have all girls eventually! ). While everyone else might be surprised in a positive way, Jessica possibly has different feelings regarding this...

We also will have the chance to talk to Dr. Rosenberg again. But my intention this time might be a little different. She was very interested in the relationship you have with Sabrina...And you can decide to dig deeper into her interest there. You might be surprised what you'll discover, but Dr. Rosenberg is more than the cold therapist you only saw a few times. There is more to her than one might think. And if you decide to confront her with that, the outcome might be...Interesting.

Overall, I pretty much have all the content for Chapter III planned out already, which is good, the release can happen sooner than later than. The ending of it is my favorite part, especially because it will start a completely new arc - One that basically everyone that gave me feedback about the game wanted. I'm not going to spoil anything, but it will be the most wholesome and emotional event we had so far in the game - Actually, two of them.

Lastly, I have some more teasers and renders for you to give you a few glimpse into the update. Those renders won't say much except that you will spend time with the girls you see in the render. I will give you another progress update once we reach the end of the year - Including Christmas renders, of course! If you want to see more special renders, don't forget to join the Discord! Hello there Steam people!

Damn, has it really been 2 months already? I thought it wasn't that long. You're probably getting tired of me excusing myself for not posting as much as I wanted. So I'm just going to skip that for now, but I hope you know that I'm really sorry for missing to answer your stuff!

Well, first, I was really happy to read all the feedback regarding Chapter II. I wasn't sure if many people would enjoy the direction the update is heading, but it looks like most of you were pretty happy. You made some great progress with Bethany and Yukiko and you even had a normal conversation with Jessica for once! Chapter III will continue this development, so you can be sure that everyone gets their fair share of love.

I also read your feedback regarding a character sheet and I can promise you that this one is coming - this year. I will upload this to steam as a "hot fix" update, so there won't be any special announcement for it. What this essentially will do is, you get the picture of a character in the menu ( while you are playing you can click on "Character sheets" ) and it will bring up another picture that tells you who this character is, what her relation to the MC is and a little bit about her personality ( including pet names ). I think this will help make sure that you don't forget the character names.

I know that some of you also had some problems with differentiating between Lena and Lina - Since those names sound almost the same when you speak them in their english variants. When I was giving them those names I was more thinking how we say those names in German - very different. So showing you who Lina is ( Pebbles ) and who Lena is ( sister in law ) in a small character sheet will hopefully clear that up. For now I plan to do this for all the girls - This includes women that you only met once for now, like the Doctor you visited with Morgan ( if you are on her transgender route ). So the character sheet will hopefully help with that.

Now, let's talk a bit about Chapter III. The ending of Chapter II was rather cryptic, but if you read between the lines you probably noticed that Sarah seems to play a key part in this. If you decided to listen to her story, of course, and if you haven't - well, I advise you to replay the game because Chapter III will be kinda weird if you don't. Up to you, of course. You finally found out who was behind the accident in Chapter II - Or at least, he claims to be behind it. Chapter III will play around this news even more, leading to a closure on this part of the story. I think I already mentioned this, but Chapter III will close the first arc of My New Memories. This won't be the last one, of course, so you don't have to worry that the game will end anytime soon. Quite the opposite, actually.

I've also experimented with different hairstyles for the girls. You can see them in this news post, I attached them below the Halloween render. They won't be a permanent thing and you will most likely only see them for 1 or 2 renders - Think of it like a moment where Sophie gets out of the shower or Lena gets ready for training - Since they have long hair, they can either leave it open ( in Sophies case, since she always wears her ponytail ) or they can put their hair in ponytails ( like Yukiko and Lena ). I will experiment some more with those, just adding very little variety into this. The original hairstyles will stay, so you don't have to worry about that part.

Chapter III will also lean more into the decisions you can make. Most of them will evolve around "Do I want this character to be more than just x?" or not. If you say no, nothing will change in your relationship with them, if you say yes you get some extra content that will explore this part some more. Think of it like Bethany...When you had that glass of wine with her. It will be very interesting how that one will play out...And then there is also Lina and others that might want to get more out of the relationship they already have with the MC...

So you will get the full package again. More lewds, more wholesome moments and the big finale for the first story arc. I will make sure that you guys will be like "Whoa...That just happened" at the end, with (hopefully) a big smile and excitement for the next Chapter. I'll leave this news with the renders now. Well, the title says it all, I think!

I have been very busy these last few weeks, rendering and writing more than I did before and right now, I'm adding the final touches! Chapter II will release this month and once I have an exact date, I will let you guysk now.

Chapter II will be bigger than Chapter I, with way more renders and more events happening. You will also get a decent amount of lewds, which are comparable to Chapter I. What is more important though is that you will set the foundation for more romances with the girls - something that will ensure that you will get even more of them in the future! As you know though, the sex is never the focus and it's more about the story and how it develops.

Chapter II will also contain a lot more emotional and tense moments that you might have missed in Chapter I. While I still aim to make the game a wholesome, positive experience, certain things are happening that might make you feel a little uneasy. Don't worry though, I promise that in the end, everything will work out and you will get a "happy ending" to the update.

To not make this progress update longer than it is, I want to apologize again for the long time it took to make this update. 9 Months is certainly not a small number to wait and I thank each and every one of you who were able to be patient or at least be civil with their impatience. Personal attacks against me or my work ( especially against the characters in my game ) will always happen, but I'm happy that the overall community here is positive.

I'm more or less finished with the second day ( writing and rendering ) and work on the third day ( which is the last day of the update ) will probably start early next week! The update will be a little longer than Chapter I, which was already pretty long, and will give you a lot more story background and lewd stuff! Hello there Steam people!

I should probably start with apologizing again...But for now I have a valid excuse for not posting an update here sooner, I guess. I've been dealing with some medical issues these last few weeks. I experienced something very scary, where my blood pressure was suddenly at 180 and my pulse at 150, making me feel like I'm getting a cardiac arrest. Thankfully, after a visit to my doctor, it was nothing that serious. After I had an examination through a cardiologist ( who made a ultrasound of my heart and an EKG ) it was just confirmed that my heart muscle is bigger, the reason for that is my high blood pressure. The TL;DR is, I have to lose weight and look out for myself some more. I'm sparing you some of the details, you can read up on them on the discord if you want to!

Okay, let's talk about the game. Even though I have been battling with several personal issues, I have constantly been working on the game. I'm currently about 60% done with the second day of Chapter II. This chapter will feature a few more tense moments, adding some extra spice to the game compared to Chapter I, which was pretty "relaxed", at least until the end of the chapter. I think I said that already, though.

There will also be some more lewd scenes in this Chapter, including one with a character that you might not have expected to join in on the fun. Remember, My New Memories is a game where you can romance every girl without fearing any consequences - it's a harem game after all. So if you like a woman, you will eventually be able to go for her. And like I said, you might be surprised who will end up in the harem rather quickly.

My plan for Chapter II is to also shine some light on girls that we haven't really spend a lot of time with yet. This goes for some of the daughters ( Morgan, for example ) but also for some of the non-family girls we met. The hotel girl for example, if you are interested in getting to know her better then you can do so in Chapter II. Those "side characters" as they are called for avns are more of a "fun thing" to do, since they usually don't interfact or interfere with the main story ( and therefore, the main girls ).

All in all I would say work is coming along quite well. Even though I had a few setbacks due to personal issues, I'm still doing my best to deliver you guys Chapter II as fast as possible. Don't forget, the game will be in development for a while and all future chapters will be free - forever. I will never add any paid dlcs or something like that, you buy the game once and get everything forever, even after the game is fully released etc. Chapter II will also be longer than Chapter I, I don't know by how much yet, but it will have more renders and more words to read!

Okay, I feel like I'm doing a really bad job with keeping you guys on Steam updated about the current state of the game and my work in general. And I'm really, really sorry about that. I know I promised to do better but I have yet to deliver. This also goes for comments or discussions in the forum. There is no excuse for that, I was just being stupid but I promise yet again to do better.

Now with this out of the way, I want to give you guys some more infos regarding Chapter II and in which direction the game is heading, especially since I already worked a few things out. The first day of the update is fully planned out and I would say the writing is about 50% done, with the renders being 30% done. This day and the update in general will be massive - I expect it to be as big or even bigger than Chapter I was, since there are a lot of things I want to do.

If you didn't play the game yet or didn't finish Chapter I yet, I would avoid the rest of this paragraph since I will talk about some things that happened in the Chapter. As you may remember, at the end of Chapter II the MC got a call from Dr. Slatni, the doctor in the hospital, who told him that Anna is pregnant. This was the great surprise they wanted to announce on Christmas. After the MC gets this news a lot of memories will return and he will finally get all the hints that Anna gave him during his dreams. The first day of the update will mainly focus on that - and it will be very, very important. It's up to you if you want to tell your family about Annas pregnancy or not and the decision on that will lead to...Consequences that are not so pleasant. Let's just say it's better to be open and honest with your family, rather than being "selfish", since they rather would like to hear it from you than from the hospital. Especially someone like Lena will not take it kindly if you don't tell her yourself...

My plan for Chapter II is to basically create a bit of more "tense" moments again. While I still aim for a wholesome and very feels good game, I still think that a bit of tension can help with the overall story in general. For example, the MC will remember a certain thing he did regarding Sarahs father, which makes him question how far he would go to protect his family...And if it is the right thing to do in general ( spoiler: It always is.) There is also the situation with Jessica being the only one in the family that doesn't know about Lena and the MC, and who Yukiko really is, and no one really dared to tell her yet, so that is also something you will have to decide in Chapter II. And this won't be an easy task giving her general persona...

I still aim to bring a lot of emotions into this update, though, especially with the new situation regarding Anna. There are also a few relationships that might be able to get started now, besides the one that were already "Established" before the accident ( Sabrina and Lena ). Anna will also give the MC a certain memory back which will give him the permission to do...Lewd things. Let's just leave it at that, I think. There will be quite a few lewds in this update, I think, especially if you decided to be in a real relationship with Sabrina ( the twin sister ). Since you pretty much escalated that relationship very fast, you kinda want to keep it at that pace, finally embracing all the emotions that piled up before and after the accident.

As a last thing I want to talk about the release date of Chapter II. I didn't talk about it here but the last month was very, very bad for my mental health. It wasn't related to work or anything, it's just a private matter that will keep me "dragged down" for a long, long time. Working on My New Memories ( or working in general ) is my only escape from this, so you don't have to be worried that my work on the game is impacted by that too much. At least I hope so.

To end this post, I'll give you guys a few teasers from the first day of Chapter II. You will also see a new character there, Alba Suarez, the nurse that is taking care of Anna most of the time. I feel like this has become sort of a habit now, but I want to apoglize again for not updating you guys sooner. I'm extremely busy at the moment and also had to deal with some personal stuff. Still, that is not an apology and I promise to be more talkative here in the future.

First, I want to talk a bit about Chapter I and some issues that appeared right after the release, mainly the savegame stuff. I don't really know why this happened and I'm sorry ( god I'm saying this a lot ) that some of you guys had to restart the game because your savegames were not working. I'm going to do my best that this won't happen again with Chapter II and will go through some extended testing to make sure everything will work. And if issues like that happen again then I will provide a function so you can just jump directly to the new chapter.

Now, let's talk a bit more about the upcoming Chapter II. As you probably remembered, at the end of Chapter I the MC gets a call from Dr. Slatni, dropping a pretty important news for him and his family. Chapter II will start directly where you left off and will be a little different compared to the last Chapter. I think there is an easy way of describing the game so far: You had the prologue with some heavy dialogues and events that feature a more serious tone, then you had Chapter I which was more about the healing process and rekindling old relationships ( with some lewds ). Chapter II will be more like the prologue again, with heavier dialogues and more in depth decisions. Right at the beginning of Chapter II you will have to make a very important decision that will guide your way through the update. Make the "right" decision and you will get more wholesome events where the family supports each other again. Make the "wrong" decision and you will find out that some things can't be done alone. I'm not going to spoil more, but like I said it will be pretty important. I currently aim to release this update in early spring - My guess at the moment is April, but this might change. Keep in mind that Chapter II, just like Chapter I, will be a FREE update, just like every future update will be free if you bought the game.

Now that you met all the girls that are part of the family it might be time to update the Steam screenshots and other things. It will be a longer progress because I have to see which images are fitting without spoiling too much of the story. I might also include some more lewd pictures now that we saw a few more girls naked in the game. So if you are interested in things like that, keep an eye out on the store page!

I also wanted to address and clarify a few things again that came up in reviews and comments. I know I basically do this all the time but I'm afraid there is no way around it.

The first thing is that the game is still in active development. The early access tag is there for a reason. This means the story is not completed yet - not even close. There is still a lot ( and I mean a lot ) of content coming - Story wise and in terms of lewds. I know that the current game doesn't feature that many lewds compared to others, but that is also not what I am aiming for. I always want to provide more of a story where the sexual content is an extra, not the main deciding factor. That's why I put the "warning" on the store page that there is a lot of reading involved. There are decisions in the game that will alter your game, but this is a Visual Novel, that means your "gameplay" is reading, no mini games or freeroam where you have to grind things.

The other thing is that this is still a game. Some things will never be as realistic as they are in real life - Which is fine, in my opinion, because that's what games are for, I think. I don't want to create a game where people have to face problems they might also face in real life - be it financially or with a person they love and care about. I want to make games where people get attached to characters and care for them, in a positive way. Where you don't have to fear that you might lose a character if you make a "wrong" decision. The same goes for the looks of some characters. I know that Bethany might not look old enough to be a grandmother or that Anna and the MC look old enough to be parents of 5 daughters. I wanted to create good and cute looking characters and didn't go for accuracy or realism again. What I want to say with all of this is that expecting realism is okay, but that this is still a game. I don't want to talk more about the looks of the characters - I did that so many times. It's fine if you don't agree with me setting the ages like that, but there are other ways of saying this than to attack me or my game personally.

Hello there Steam people!

First, I want to apologize for not being as active here as I wanted to be. These last few weeks have been pretty stressful but I'm finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. That is not an excuse though and I promise that I will start to post more here.

As some of you may remember I planned to split the first update ( 0.2, also known as Chapter I ) into two parts. I scrapped that idea for now because I think it would only cause confusion down the road. That doesn't change anything about the length of the update, though. Like I said a few times already, I plan to make this update nearly as long as the prologue. For now it's looking good, it might end up being ~15 minutes shorter than the prologue, though. But at least you will get more lewd stuff this time, since I know that this was a point of criticism for some people! The release will be THIS MONTH!

One thing I want to point out again: Every new Chapter that will be released ( even the final one ) will be FREE UPDATES on Steam. So if you bought the game you never have to pay again, you will get all future updates for free. There won't be any DLCS or something like that, all the updates will be free. Doesn't matter if it's a new chapter or just some quality of life stuff, by the way. I just wanted to get that out again, to clear up potential misinfortmation.

Now let's talk a bit more about the update. Like I said, progress there is going pretty well. I post weekly progress updates on the discord giving you a good overview on what I achieved this week and what I still have to do. The complete script for the first update is done. Now it's only a matter of rendering, which will probably take two weeks as well ( could be less than two weeks, but it could also be more than two weeks ). Still, I'm on the final stretch and I think this update will be better than the prologue in terms of everything. I adressed some of the earlier things that didn't really play out like I wanted to. For example, that the Main Character doesn't get all the information he wants etc. From now on people will tell you everything you want. There will also be some deeper decisions in this update, leading you to romance other characters ( I think I already talked about this, you can romance every character in the game but you don't have to if you don't like a woman, for example. There won't be any negative consequences if you romance all girls but there also won't be any negative consequences if you don't romance any of the women. The game will just be shorter then because you will miss out on content ). I was also battling some hardware issues last week that thankfully got resolved now, so I can put all my time into working on the game again. It was bit of an up and down with changing components of my pc but now everything is fine again.

Now, in terms of content I can also give you small update. There will be way more lewd scenes this time, depending on the decisions you made. If you didn't decide to romance any girl ( the decisions for that will come up in this update ) then you won't get any, though, so make sure to at least romance one of them ( like I said a few times, this is a harem game and you don't get any bad consequences for romancing EVERY character you interact with ).

Now that the game has been out for two months I think it's time to give you guys a little progress update on everything so far.

The good news is that I already finished the beta build for the first ingame day of the update. If you didn't read the other news yet, the first big update for My New Memories will be split in half. While the prologue was six ingame days, Chapter 1 part 1 will "only" be three ingame days. But that doesn't mean you get less content, the length of the update will probably be as long as the prologue.

I have big plans for this first update. One thing I wanted to talk about is the lewd scenes, which will increase with Chapter 1. And they won't be dream sequences anymore, from this point on going forward you will experience "the real" stuff, no more flashbacks only. You will also make great progress with two of the characters that the MC already started a relationship with - If you want that, of course. It is totally optional if you want to go for Sabrina or Lena, but you will miss out on content if you don't!

I haven't fully decided yet if and how I want to publish the betas on steam. At the moment I will probably release the first beta for everyone here ( that wants to participate ) after the second beta has been completed. Just keep in mind that these betas will contain bugs and miss a few things ( for example, no achievements ). And it's advised that you make seperate savefiles for each beta release just in case things can break - It is a beta after all, not the full chapter!

Now I want to address a few other things that have been piling up again and that I already talked about in other news. Lately people have been attacking me and some of my players personally in steam reviews, calling out the looks of the characters(again) and insulting me on a level that is not really needed. Like I said in my other post last month, Steam has a very strict review rule of their games. So even if you disagree with the looks of the characters ( even though they are not sexualised at all ), Steam allowed the game to be posted here. Calling players the worst things in the world or mentioning that they all look 12 won't change the fact that this is just your personal opinion ( that doesn't represent the actual age of the girls ). Some of the early dialogues could give that thought that the girls are younger, but that is mainly because they all experienced a severe trauma with both of their parents being involved in a car accident. This can throw people back for a certain amount of time and you will quickly notice that they return to their old behaviour in Chapter 1 ( to represent their actual adult age ). The family in My New Memories is very, very close and certain things will get explained ( for example, why the girls are still living at home etc ). Now you can disagree with that, you can also say "Stop talking bullshit they aren't as old as you say they are", and it's totally fine if you think that. But that is not what is represented in the game or the story and the actual canon age. There are ZERO reasons to attack me or anyone else, especially in reviews. If you don't like the game that is totally fine too, if you played less than 2 hours you can even refund it if you want. I would just ask you guys to not attack anyone personally or call me out on paying anyone to give me a positive review ( one guy even said I would blackmail people in order to give me a positive review ).

Now I don't want to leave this news with such a negative thing at the end. That's why I'm going to show you a few teaser pictures of the first day of Chapter 1. Like I said, this update will be huge and it will contain a lot of things that some of you amazing people on steam requested. I think now that My New Memories has released on Steam for a few days, it's a good time to talk about my update plans and what you can expect in the coming weeks/months!

But first I want to thank each and everyone here on Steam that decided to buy my game! It means a lot!

I already started work on the first major update, also known as Chapter 1. If you decided to buy the game then all future chapters will be free, so you don't have to fear to ever pay again for this game. This also includes all the little things I'm planning to add over time.

As some of you may have noticed I released a small update on the weekend which added the "Gallery" button. The Gallery lets you rewatch all the lewd scenes you unlocked so far - which are three at the moment, all with Anna. Once you start to lewd other characters they will be included there as well, of course.

Now, let's talk about the first update. At the moment I'm planning to release this update in two parts - Chapter 1 Part 1 and Chapter 1 Part 2. This means that updates should not take too long and should still deliver a decent amount of content for you to enjoy. The first update will pick up right where you left off after Lena dropped a very important hint at the end of your dream sequence with Anna. My plans are to keep a steady stream of updates going to keep you players entertained. I will also do my best to keep everyone updated on the current status of the update and game in general.

Chapter 1 will also amp up the lewd scenes you are going to see with certain characters. You can probably guess one of them already since she is a very direct person and doesn't want to wait til MC made up his mind regarding her. The other is more patient but MC will still make a decision if he wants to keep the romance going they so freshly started before the accident.

Another thing I want to discuss are certain concerns that some people brought up, some in a very normal and friendly way and others in a very hostile way (which ended up in community bans for them). It's about the canon age of the daughters. Since I already said that Olivia won't be lewded even though she is 18, I wanted to reassure everyone that ALL THE CHARACTERS ARE OF AGE IN THIS GAME. Steam checks games before you are allowed to publish them and I can guarantee you that the petite looking characters have fully developed feminine bodies. But since none of them are being sexualized at all at the moment ( they don't even wear skimpy clothes ) you should not worry about these things too much. Don't base your judgement just off screenshots you see. I will make sure that each character shows that they are mature enough and if you still don't feel comfortable with that then you should know that EVERY romance in the game is OPTIONAL. You can romance EVERYONE if you want to, but if you don't want to romance Sophie, Morgan or Yukiko then you don't have to. You won't get a game over or anything like that and they will still be in the game, just like they are right now with nothing sexual attached to them at all. That is something I just wanted to clear up in case you don't feel comfortable with those characters around. There is no reason to attack me or the players of this game with insults and if I see things like that, I will delete and issue community bans. Just keep it civil and if you have concerns, keep them civil as well.

Okay, with this out of the way I want to give you people a small preview of a new upcoming character you're going to meet in the first update. She is related to a certain girl you already met and she was also mentioned before. Tell me what you think of her looks if you want!

This will be a pretty quick and short announcement. I just wanted to tell everyone that wishlisted the game that the official release for the first version of My New Memories is on June 11th! The game will launch at the usual steam release time which is 09:00am PDT. That is 6pm in GMT+2 ( or 6pm CEST). I'm very excited to see my game launch on Steam, something I dreamed off for a long time!

The price will be $8.99 but the game will launch with a 25% discount!

The game will launch with 23 Achievements and cloud saves for your comfort. And since I don't want to just post text I'll leave you with some teaser pictures for the upcoming release!

So I think this is a good first announcement to make on Steam. I'm going to give you a little overview of every main character you will meet in My New Memories first release. It is important to understand who they are and what role they will play in the life of the MC. Keep in mind that those are not all characters you are going to meet in the first release, just the characters you are going to interact with the most. The roster will expand over time and new characters will be intdoduced, of course! A good start is to just post the family picture again so you guys know who I'm talking about!





Okay, let's start with the woman in the top left. Her default name is Sabrina but if you want, you can change it to a name that you like more. You and her have a very special connection. A connection that goes beyond things that happen in your mind, something that can't really be explained. She is your twin sister which leads to some very funny but also emotional events between you and her.



Next up is your mother, Bethany. You can also change her name if you want. She is the one that is taking care of your daughters while you are in the hospital. She will also be the first family member you talk to after you wake up. Unfortunately, you don't get as much information from her as you thought you would get, which only leaves you with more questions...



The woman in the middle is Anna, your wife. She was with you in that terrible car accident and sadly, her injuries are more severe. She is not dead, but she is in a coma and it's uncertain if she will ever wake up. It takes you a while before you realize that even though you don't remember her, you feel connected. With her help you will slowly find your way back into the family, since she will appear in your dreams for reasons you don't understand...



And for the last girl in the back row we have the other sister. Her name is Jessica, but you can also change that name if you want. The relationship you two had before your accident was...problematic. But she agreed to help your family and look after your daughters for what reason exactly is something you will find out very early in the game. Let's just say it's not something nice...



Now, let's talk about the daughters of the MC. I will try to give you a brief overview on who they are etc!



Let's start from left to right again. This is Morgan. The name is pretty fitting because if you want, you can decide that Morgan is a male to female transgender. You can also change her name, of course, and the option to make her born as a boy is totally optional. Her transgender path will be different and will open up new story events that evolve around that.



Next up we have Olivia, your youngest daughter. Of course you can also change her name if you want. She is very, very attached to you and your wife and usually has a very chipper personality. Even after your accident she is trying her best to keep a happy face, something that your other daughters really admire.



And for the last daughter we have Sophie(name can also be changed). She is your oldest daughter and after the accident she felt very alone with her thoughts. Her and Anna, your wife, always had a special connection, but that doesn't mean that she isn't also connected to you. The first time you will talk to her will explain why she behaves so different compared to your other daughters the first time you meet them after the accident.

Now I want to talk about two other characters that are part of your family and will play an important role in the game as the story progresses.



First, we have Lena, your sister-in-law or in other words, Anna's younger sister. Her and Anna are as close as sisters can be. She decided to move to Japan a long time ago, raising her daughter Yukiko there but still keeping a very close connection to you and your family. She sees you as her big brother and after the accident she will make her way to you as soon as possible. But the story with her goes even deeper, the connection you share as well...



And this is Yukiko, Lenas daughter or in other words, your niece. Similar to Olivia, she has a very chipper personality. She loves to talk to you via the internet and even sends you letters from time to time. The both of you always cherish the moments when you can see each other in person.



And for the last character I want to introduce we have Sarah Mueller. She is the investigating police officer that is looking into your accident. But apparently there is something more, something she doesn't want to tell you right away and something where you as the player can decide if you want to find out how she is connected to you and your family...

So these are the main characters of the initial release of My New Memories. Of course there are a lot of more characters you are going to meet, but their role is not as important in the first release. You will meet old friends, for example. But those characters I've shown you here are the most important ones.
