A simple but challenging game about sitting in boxes

You’re a very special cat because you can be long or stubby at will! You’ll need your special talent to fit into - and ultimately sit in - a series of cardboard boxes. You’ll walk across the screen and at any time have the option to halt each half of your body. To fit in the box, your chest and butt must be within the edges of the box. If any pixel of your chest or butt is outside the edges of the box when your front and hind ends stop moving… you lose! But if you fit in the box, you get points for the sit and move on to the next!

Precision is rewarded. Earn triple points if you fill the box perfectly and double points for great fits.

The excitement builds as successful sits increase your movement speed. How long can you keep it up? Can you get the high score?

What version do I play?

I recommend the web version for everyone. If you have issues with the Windows or Linux version, I encourage you to use the web version instead. If you have a Mac and really, really want to play a native version then download the .tic file and run it with the Mac version of TIC-80.
