    New patch 0.1.48 is out adding 2 new heroes and Cinderella's tale! New:

  • New attack/hp/gold/mana icons in text (turn off with the "Low Animation Mode" setting)
  • Profile: Favourite heroes now also show pick percentage
  • Added a keyboard shortcut setting for showing/hiding treasure select.
  • New "Distortion" animation for flames/magic on some cards (turn off with the "Low Animation Mode" setting)
  • New keyword: Odyssey X: My Quest can be repeated. When you complete my Quest, increase the goal by X.
  • Reworded repeating quests to include the Odyssey keyword.
  • New keyword: Unstable X: If I was transformed into, I transform back into the last character I was without Unstable after X fight(s).
  • Reworded Unstable Transformation: Turn a character into a surprise character 1 level higher and give them Unstable 1. Refund the mana cost.

    Patch 0.1.47

    New Patch 0.1.47 is out on Steam :) Mobile coming the next days :) The Monthly Tournament is happening next week 26th October, Saturday 15:00 UTC. On the 27th, Sunday, 15:15 UTC there will be a day 2 cast by MooMalow and th3six4ninja :) The patch adds a Quest comp and a new Keyword "Hidden" to prevent useless cards from showing up in your shop. New:

  • Reduced round timer slightly. Old: 40s + 10s every round up to 130s -> 40s + 7s every round up to 110s.
  • In-game achievements (not Steam achievements) - claim achievements for titles, extra crystals and to progress your achievement level!
  • After a game you can see your achievement progress from that game
  • Characters summoning another character now show the character art and description (e.g. Sleeping cat shows Cat)
  • Characters mentioning a spell now show the spell art and description (e.g. Baker Rat shows Free Roll)
  • Added more profile customization: Favourite heroes, favourite characters, favourite titles.
  • For each hero you can see your number of games and average placement over all game modes for this patch except 1v1 (would shift the average placement too much)
  • You can click on other people's profiles (e.g. in leaderboard, in lobbies) to see their full profile
  • New increasing daily rewards.
  • changed how Sunbathing works: Sunbathing now also activates the moment Sunlight is on the slot. This means that 2 adjacent Sunflowers now work together or Adventuring Husky + Selene works.

    Announcing monthly tournaments

    We are excited to announce that as of the end of this month, monthly tournaments are on! We know that many of you have been waiting for tournaments, and we're beyond pumped to get them started. There are still some details being worked out, but here's what we do know: - This month's tournament will take place over the course of Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th. Times are TBD. - A live, casted stream of Day 2 will be available on the official FTF Twitch channel ( twitch.tv/fairytalefables ). The event will be casted by our very own Horsethief and LivvyLive - The entry requirement for the tournament is >5200 peak in *normal* sync for this month (so there's still time to grind!) Prizes: - 1st place will receive $125 and the monthly tournament winner border - 2nd place will receive $75 - 3rd place will receive $50 - The top 8 players will receive the battle pass for 1 month - All players participating that placed 2nd or higher in at least 1 game will receive 2k crystals - All players participating that placed 4th or higher in at least 1 game will receive 1k crystals - There will be a code for 1k crystals for watching the tournament, only redeemable during the stream. - There will be no patch the week leading up to the tournament.
